At VW Volleyball World, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the volleyball equipment or apparel you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is in unworn, competition-ready condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
